What is hot water extraction carpet cleaning?
Hot water extraction (also called steam cleaning) is a deep-cleaning method where we inject hot water and a cleaning solution into the carpet fibres, then immediately extract it along with the dissolved dirt, bacteria, and allergens. It is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers.
Can you remove pet urine smell from carpets?
Yes. We use enzymatic pre-treatments that break down the odour source at a molecular level. Surface sprays mask the smell — our process removes it.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
Please move small items such as ornaments and lamps. We can work around larger furniture or carefully move it with your permission.

How long does rug cleaning take to dry?
