OUR STORY
I started Mr Expert Carpet Cleaning because I got fed up seeing customers let down by cleaners who did not do the job properly — people who would turn up late, use cheap products, rush through a clean, and charge full price for a result that lasted a week.
That is not how I work.
Every clean I carry out is done with professional-grade hot water extraction equipment, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and a genuine commitment to getting a result you can see. I inspect each carpet and surface before I start, I give you a clear fixed price before any work begins, and I do not leave until the job is done properly.
I have been cleaning carpets, sofas, mattresses, rugs, and car interiors for homes and businesses across Slough and Berkshire for years. I do not subcontract. Every job is done by me personally — which means consistent quality and one direct line of accountability.

HOW WE WORK
We inspect the area, give you a fixed quote, and start work only when you are happy with it. There are no extras added on the day and no vague estimates that change when we arrive.
We use industrial hot water extraction machines — not the hire-shop units that leave carpets soaking wet. Our equipment extracts up to 95% of the moisture, which is why your carpets dry in 2 to 3 hours.
Every product we use is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for children and pets. We never use bleach or harsh industrial chemicals. The result is clean. The process is safe.
Every job is carried out by me personally. You will not get a different person turning up than the one you spoke to on the phone. You get consistency, accountability, and someone who takes pride in the work.
