Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 May 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any cleaning services provided by Mr Expert Carpet Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
Mr Expert Carpet Cleaning
93 Stoke Poges Lane, Slough, SL1 3NJ
Phone: 07920 366 062
Email: [email protected]
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services including, but not limited to: carpet cleaning, sofa and upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, car seat cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and stain and odour removal. All services are carried out in the Slough, Berkshire, and West London areas.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or decline to continue a service if conditions at the property are unsafe, if the items to be cleaned are damaged beyond reasonable care, or if the customer is abusive or threatening.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or via the contact form on our website. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing or verbally.
We will do our best to attend at the agreed time. In the event we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
4. Cancellation Policy
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel and preparation costs.
If you are not present at the property at the agreed time and we are unable to access it, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Quotes provided are based on the information you supply at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the actual work required differs significantly from what was described.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
6. Access and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please remove fragile or valuable items from the work area before our arrival. We are not liable for damage to items left in the cleaning area that were not disclosed to us prior to the appointment.
Parking must be available within a reasonable distance of the property. Where a parking charge applies, this may be added to your final invoice.
7. Results and Pre-Existing Conditions
While we take every care to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, or odours — particularly those that are old, heavily set in, or caused by damage to the fabric or fibres. We will advise you of any concerns before starting work.
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear, or discolouration that becomes more apparent after cleaning.
8. Liability
We are fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, please notify us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of income or inconvenience) arising from any damage claim.
9. Complaints
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment:
- Phone: 07920 366 062
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: wa.me/447920366062
We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we recommend seeking independent advice through a consumer mediation service.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
